Don't delay - book today

Wellington Animal Hospital have extended an invitation to horse owners and interested parties to attend a day of lectures on veterinary aspects that affect horses every day.

The day of lectures will be held at Elsenburg Agricultural College on 24 August 2016.

The lectures by European Veterinary Specialists will see two parallel sessions run simultaneously for veterinarians and horse owners.

Horsepower 2016 involves nine Europe based motorbike enthusiast Veterinary Medicine Specialists who will tour from Johannesburg, via Kwazulu- Natal, the Wild Coast, Port Elizabeth and along the Garden Route to Cape Town on motorcycles, giving talks to Veterinarians and Horse Owners – in the process raising money for three charity projects within South Africa.

These charities are the Highveld Horse Care Unit, the Bizana Project and the Ethelbert Children’s Home.

For more information and registration, please visit the SAEVA website – click on the top right hand link SAVE Your Spot, Vets with Horsepower 2016.

Only 150 horse owners can be accomodated so please register as soon as possible.

The price is R550 and it includes the lectures, tea, coffee, morning and afternoon snacks and lunch for the day.
