Ideal World’s grandam Hasili to Zamindar

Hasili with foal - painting by Susan Crawford

Hasili, the dam of champions Banks Hill and Intercontinental, Canadian Horse of the Year Champs Elysees, and leading sire Dansili for Juddmonte Farms, will be bred to Juddmonte sire Zamindar (Gone West) this spring.
The 20-year-old mare is due in late April on a cover to another Juddmonte stallion, Oasis Dream (Green Desert).
“We prefer to keep her on our own farm now,” Juddmonte General Manager Philip Mitchell told Racing Post. “Besides, we want to breed a Zarkava!”
Zamindar is the sire of Zarkava, the unbeaten European champion of 2008.

Hasili, through daughter Banks Hill, is the grandam of Ideal World (Kingmambo), who stood his first season in 2010 at Mauritzfontein Stud.
