Jet Plane Grounded

The Lucky Houdalakis Racing Stables released a statement this morning that JJ The Jet Plane has been injured.  JJ was in Dubai preparing for next month’s Krisflyer International Sprint in Singapore when he sustained a core lesion to the medial lower suspensory ligament of his near fore leg.  Although the injury is not life-threatening or permanently career-ending, it is unfortunately serious enough to bring his international campaign to an end.

The team are understandably devastated by the news, but have decided to return their game little horse home to SA as soon as possible, where they hope he will effect a full recovery.
