July Day Betting Bonanza

If it has four legs and a number, you can bet on it

vdjtheme2014-680x963More than R115 million is expected to be bet with tote betting operator TAB and TABGOLD, the tote betting operator in KwaZulu-Natal, on Vodacom Durban July Day today.

The Win and Quartet pools on the Durban July alone should both soar past the R9-million mark, while the Place pool is expected to be about R7.5 million.

TAB will pay Place dividends on the first five runners to cross the line in the July, instead of applying its normal rules of four Place payouts if 16 or more run.

TAB has an exciting betting line-up for the day and there will be numerous opportunities for customers to win big.

Here are the betting highlights for the Vodacom Durban July meeting at Greyville:

Race 1 (11.25am): Quartet MaxiPool – R100,000 carryover; likely pool R1 million.

 Race 2: BiPot ONE Leg 1 – R50,000 carryover; likely pool R750,000.

Race 3: PA Leg 1 – estimated pool R3.4 million.
