R5 million Pick 6 projected: Turffontein Saturday

A first Gauteng Gr1 runner for the Milnerton-based Crawford-Rix stable, Cape star Kommetdieding steps out in Saturday’s R1 million Wilgerbosdrift HF Oppenheimer Horse Chestnut Stakes on the Turffontein standside track.

The son of Elusive Fort will be a popular banker in the R5 million projected Pick 6 pool and a confident Michelle Rix declares that he will be ‘hard to beat’.

The feature is the third leg of the exotic and runs as the sixth event on the programme at 14h40.
