Venue for Sunday – Hollywoodbets Greyville (Pic -Candiese Lenferna)
Gold Circle advised on Friday that Hollywoodbets Scottsville had received a further 8mm of overnight rain.
As of Friday morning, penetrometer readings were as follow:
- Standside Track 36
- Inside Track 37
In some areas of the track, the readings were as high as 40.
With overcast conditions and with the forecast of further showers, the chances of the track drying up sufficiently for Sunday’s race meeting is remote and Gold Circle has taken an early decision to move the race meeting to Hollywoodbets Greyville Turf Track.
Race 3 distance now 2 000m.
