Sales Duo Perform At Vaal

Bidding closes at 12h30 today

MGAS Bloodstock’s inaugural online sale has reportedly proven a success with over 50 local and overseas buyers registered and the bidding brisk.

While Gr1 winner Van Halen has attracted good support, there were two interesting results at the Vaal on Thursday, by lots offered on the sale.

The 4yo gelding Therevada won his second race, while the Pomodoro filly Fortuna D’Oro confirmed her form with a smart second in the penultimate race. Her third career victory could be around the corner.

Each lot will have their time in the ring, and should any bids be placed during the last 30 seconds of the auction, a further minute will be added to the lot.

There is a diverse selection of 46 horses to be sold, with the bidding closing at 12h30 on Friday 3 July.
