New Turf – Doing It For Racing

Racing stands together

The New Turf Carriers Charity Drive to KZN had their first truck arrive safely on Sunday night in Durban.

New Turf Carriers announced last week that they would be running two trucks to Durban on Monday transporting food and goods for the horses grooms, trainers and all staff affected by the riots in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

The racing community has been supportive in getting the necessary supplies to KZN.

“Everything went great, the next truck will hopefully be leaving on Thursday!” Matthew Sham told the Sporting Post.

The image below depicts only about half of what was loaded.
