Night Time – The Right Time!

The first race is off at 17h00

Hollywoodbets Greyville plays host to an eight-race programme on the turf track this evening.

The Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge is free to play, and if you finish in the top 20 on the leader board, you can win your share of R10 000.

The first is due off at 17h00.

High-riding national log leading rider Keagan de Melo rides Chelsea Blue from the Duncan Howells stable takes her place in Race 3 and she is the possible Pick 6 banker.

Keagan de Melo is enjoying the season of his life – here he receives his bonus cheque from James Rich of Winning Form after reaching his century of winners (Pic – Candiese Lenferna)

She stayed on at the finish over 1400m last time, but found one too good in the form of Edvige. The daughter of Canford Cliffs will be at home over the 1600m. She is a progressive type and from pole position, should take a power of beating in this line- up.

Doug Campbell saddles Crested Eagle in the lucky last race and he represents decent each way value.

He should have won his last start over this course and distance as he jumped over an object that was lying on the track at the 200m mark.

Rachel Venniker takes the 1.5kgs off his back once again and with a bit of luck in running, he is capable of notching up his third career victory.
