Trainer Tony Rivalland sends out Let’s Not Linger in Race 5. She has decent recent form lines to her credit. She was not disgraced when fourth against slightly stronger over 1400m on this course last time. It must be noted that Monashada has come out and won again since.

The 5yo mare won her only attempt over this course and distance. Sean Veale retains the ride and from her good draw of three, she should be the horse to beat.

Retail Therapy from the Wayne Badenhorst and Barbara Kennedy yard represents decent each way value in Race 4. She finished 0.7 lengths behind Toto last time.

She is 4kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. She is having her peak run today and will be cherry-ripe. With a bit of luck from her awkward draw of seven, she can notch up her sixth career victory.
