Sunday’s Hollywoodbets Greyville turf meeting was the start of the Hollywoodbets Sizzling Summer Challenge 2022 which runs until 30 December.
The second meeting in the series was held on the polytrack at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Monday.
After the two meetings Keagan de Melo leads the way on the jockey leaderboard with 88 points. Serino Moodley is nine points back in second.

In terms of the trainer competition, Michael Roberts is tied for first with Kom Naidoo. Both share 70 points, three ahead of Wendy Whitehead on 67.
Captain Spirit and Natalia top the horse/owner leaderboard with 14 points.

On Monday, Rachel Venniker leapfrogged Malesela Katjedi into first on the apprentice leaderboard. She leads on 49 points with Katjedi five points worse off in second.
The Hollywoodbets Sizzling Summer Challenge has a total of R1 000 000 up for grabs for owners, jockeys, trainers and apprentices.
