Clarity On Meydan Pick 6

Software issue

The Pick 6 run at Meydan on Dubai World Cup Day on Saturday 30 March paid a consolation prize to punters for 5 out of 6 legs correct, as well as the usual 6 out of 6 main prize.

The results page on Tabonline is unfortunately showing only the dividend of the consolation prize, which amounts to R22-30.

The dividend for 6 out of 6 should be shown as R 1 922-30.

Phumelela can confirm that the Pick 6 for Meydan on 9 March encountered the same issue. The 5 out of 6 returned R4-80, whereas the 6 out of 6 paid an amount of R239 -80.

Phumelela can assure customers that all dividends paid out for these events were paid correctly, as per the values stipulated above.

Phumelela’s IT Division has made the necessary software adjustments to ensure that in future, all the Pick 6 dividends will be displayed.

Phumelela apologises for any inconvenience caused.
