Precaution taken in view of unhealthy levels
The Singapore Turf Club cancelled all Singapore races scheduled for today, 23 October 2015, due to the worsening haze condition.
The 3-hour PSI reading as at 15h00 in Singapore has reached 199, indicating a very unhealthy level.
