Siren’s Call – to be rested after operation

Sean Tarry’s well-performed Elusive Fort 3yo Siren’s Call had a bone chip removed from her fetlock joint on Tuesday, writes her owner-breeder Peter de Beyer.

The operation reportedly went well.

After seemingly pulling up sound after her very disappointing run in the Gr1 Daily News 2000, the injury became apparent when x-rays were taken on the Monday after the race.

Provided all goes well post – op, Siren’s Call will remain in training with Sean Tarry in her 4 year old season.

An obvious target for next year would be the Maine Chance Gr1 Paddock Stakes.
