Mailbag: TellyTrack Flops

Presenters do not give final result or payout after the last race is run in England at night.
This is inconsiderate and lacking in customer care. Surely an extra few minutes in the studio will benefit all concerned.
Shaheen Shaw is the only presenter worth his salt and should be promoted to a senior position to teach the other presenters about public punter relations and marketing. The growth of the enormous P.A. pool, about 2 weeks ago, that Shaheen helped swell, is testimony to his public punter relations.

Please bring back “interactive” so the punter can obtain his own info required (e.g. fields, jockeys, betting, results). Often the final result is not shown on screen. Min PA, PICK 6, Jackpot dividends are often not displayed on Tellytrack and if they are only stay on the screen for 10 seconds or so.

The most recent example was Monday evening at Carlisle, race 7. No result or PA dividend was given, while Molly had to rush off after promoting his new TV show.
