Tellytrack – Volume Clarity

Tests have been done

A customer recently requested that we take the issue up of the apparently erratic Tellytrack volume levels with the powers-that-be.

Colleen Goodman, CEO of Tellytrack, has kindly responded as follows:

Tellytrack takes the complaint regarding audio levels on channel 239 as inconsistent compared to other channels broadcast by MultiChoice very seriously.

As such this was monitored and adjusted over the last few days for consistency, while liaising with the customer who raised this concern.

The problem with the volume on Tellytrack 239 seems to have been resolved and we can confirm that the final audio levels were adjusted last week to conform with what is generally accepted as an industry standard.

All seems well now.
