He was a beaten odds-on favourite last time, but is much better than that effort suggests. He returns from a 12-week break today, during which time he was gelded.
The son of Flower Alley looks to have class about him and if not in need of the run, he should be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.
Ramchandani Road from the Clinton Binda yard represents some decent each way value at 6/1 with Hollywoodbets.
He has shown signs of a form return in his last two starts after returning from a 17-week break. The manner in which he stayed on at the finish last time was encouraging.
The son of Pathfork meets the right field this afternoon and it is encouraging that Warren Kennedy keeps faith in the ride. He should be cherry-ripe and may be the one to side with.
Jason Gates, Sherman Brown and Craig Bantam won’t be riding today as they are medically indisposed.
The false rail is at zero on the back straight, 2.5m on the bend with a 3.5m spur at the 600m mark.
