Horse Of The Year to miss big one
The connections of Saturday’s scintillating Gr1 Rising Sun Gold Challenge winner Legislate have made a decision that the son of Dynasty will not run in this year’s Vodacom Durban July.
The decision was made in the best interests of the horse.
Legislate was always a doubtful starter in this event – however he will be nominated in both the Gr1 Mercury Sprint and Gr1 Champions Cup.
