As far as I know Paul Whitmore went to Australia.He rode there for a number of years and retired from racing after a bad fall.
If anybody knows any more recent news,I would like to hear from you.I met Paul in the late 1970's when he was stable jockey to Johan van Eck.

so last year's first two were seperated by 2 kg's and this year it's 3kg's ,,, so what is the possible difference for this year apart from weight the weight to consider ???

- runner up got caught boxed when pace slowed down between Khumalo & Yeni

The doubts for me aren't will he stay but can he give Hluhluwe 4 to 5kgs I'm doubtful.His destruction of Thunderstruck over 1400 says he is world class so for me the Hong Kong mile would be best
