Be With Elusive Force Today

First off at 12h10

Racing takes place on the Turffontein Inside course this afternoon and a nine-race programme is scheduled, with the first race off at 12h10.

Jimmy The Rich writes that the in-form Paul Peter stable send out Elusive Force in the sixth race on the card.

She was ultra-impressive when winning her last start over a mile on the Vaal Classic course. She had her own way in front that day and won a lot easier than the margin suggests.

The daughter of Elusive Fort meets a similar type of field this afternoon and should take a power of beating once again.

Arabella Queen in the second race looks to be the best value on a competitive card.

She is still a maiden after eleven starts, but has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. She gets the services of 4kg claiming apprentice Philasande Mxoli and from barrier position two, she should shed her maiden tag in this type of field.

The false rail is set at zero on the back straight and bend, with a 2m spur at the 500m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the second at 12h45
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the third at 13h20
  • The Pick 6 starts in the fourth at 13h55
  • Jackpot 1 starts in the fifth race at 14h30
  • Jackpot 2 starts in the sixth race at 15h05
