Jimmy The Rich writes that Fresh From The US from the Sharon Kotzen stable takes his place in Race 6.

He has produced two good efforts since returning from a 14-week break. It must be noted that the form of his last outing has been franked.

The 5yo gelding takes a drop-in class and should be cherry-ripe. He is likely to have his own way in front and should return to winning ways.

Duncan McKenzie saddles Wicked Grin in Race 7 and he represents decent each way value.

He showed some signs of a form return in his last start over 1200m on this course. The manner in which he stayed on at the finish was encouraging.

He has dropped to a competitive rating and takes a big drop-in class. He should strip much fitter and with Luyolo Mxothwa in the saddle, he may be the one to side with.

Stallone Naidoo will not be riding today with the stipes permission.
