During lockdown, Gold Circle have fielded numerous calls from customers looking for information and clarity on how to cash tote tickets from pre lockdown, how to deposit cash into their betting accounts as well as general queries in respect of racing and betting.
All betting outlets are closed under lockdown so as a customer service, Gold Circle has provided a temporary admin kiosk at Gate 9, 150 Avondale Rd, Hollywoodbets Greyville as a view to providing the following, limited services:
- Payment of winnings in respect of expired totalisator tickets
- Administrative assistance with the opening of new betting accounts
- Deposits into existing betting accounts
- Assistance of a general nature in respect of racing and betting related queries
This kiosk is road-facing and effectively outdoors and will essentially operate on a “drive through” basis and is unlikely to attract multiple individuals at any time.
Nonetheless, strict measures will be in place to ensure social distancing should the need arise.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will bets of any description be sold.
The kiosk will operate on a temporary basis from Monday 08 June 2020 (between 10:00 and 17:00) until such time as betting outlets are permitted to re-open.
