The first is due off at 13h30.

Jimmy The Rich writes that in-form trainer Justin Snaith sends out Top Quality in Race 1. The son of Dynasty caught the eye on debut over 1250m at Durbanville.

He had to be switched at the 300m mark, but finished his race off strongly.

He would have come on with the run under his belt and should love the extra distance on offer. In this field, he should take a power of beating.

Candice Bass-Robinson saddles Barzalona in Race 4 and he represents decent each way value. He ran a decent race in his comeback run over 1250m at Durbanville.

He lost a length at the start, but stayed on nicely at the business end. He has won once, finished second twice and third once from seven starts on this course.

The son of Pomodoro should strip a much fitter horse this afternoon and can return to winning ways.

The winter course false rail is at its original position with a 2m spur at 470m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the first at 13h30
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second at 14h05
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third at 14h40
  • Jackpot 1 starts in the fourth at 15h15
  • Jackpot 2 starts in the fifth at 15h50
