Temperatures are expected to soar into the mid-thirties at Flamingo Park today where the Northern Cape track hosts its opening meeting of 2020.

Corrie Lensley – prefers Miss Generosity in first

Announced for closure in August last year, the track was given a reprieve and is expected to at least be on the local racing programme for this year.

Today’s eight-race meeting starts at 12h30 with the first leg of the Bipot.

The track is reported to be rain effected and there is no false rail.
