Oh Susanna is only filly as she bids for the double

Only thirteen runners will line up in the R5 million Gr1 Sun Met at Kenilworth on 26 January.

The final declarations were made on Monday morning and the card will be finalised once the barrier draws are made at a function at Grand West Casino on Wednesday.

SA champion trainer Justin Snaith has the strongest hand numerically with 4 of the 13 runners.

It is noticeable that, while the Met field is slightly disappointing in pure numbers, the balance of the card boasts nice sized fields.
